The historic redevelopment of former B and C Grocery Store in downtown Royal Oak consisted of 19,000sf of mixed use redevelopment. 2mission was able to preserve the historic facade, and bring in 5 high rent tenants into the space. The historic building was purchased in 2003.

2mission achieved a significant increase in value by increasing the usable square footage and incorporating 5 complementary tenants into the building. Vinotecca restaurant and wine bar, Bastone brewery and brasserie, Café Haban Cuban cuisine, and CINQ night club share the space with HF Architects. Historic tax credits were utilized on the development of the historic portion of the building to minimize cash investment and maximize the internal rate of return.

The project recently won the 2006 Governors Award for Historic Preservation in the State of Michigan. Previous awards were granted by the City of Royal Oak for Preservation of the Year.

The historic redevelopment of former Hilzinger Hardware Block Building in downtown Royal Oak consisted of 12,000sf of mixed use redevelopment. 2mission was able to preserve the historic facade, and bring 4 high rent tenants into the space.

The historic building was purchased in 2003. 2mission achieved a significant increase in value by increasing the usable square footage and incorporating 5 complementary tenants into the building that include regional chain, Leos Coney Island, Sweetwaters Café Coffee and Tea House, Yoga Shelter Center and Fitness, and Michael Angelo Salon. Historic tax credits were utilized on the development of the historic portion of the building to minimize cash investment and maximize the internal rate of return. The project was recognized by the City of Royal Oak as Preservation Project of the Year.
