He has also owned and developed fourteen restaurants in several cities throughout Michigan. Together with Greg, Jon has developed and grown craft brewer Northern United Brewing Company to its current sales level of over $20 million, annually. Jon is a Michigan native and earned an undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Michigan. Greg worked as a designer for KMD in San Francisco for six years, where he led international design teams to success. Collaborating with developers, government officials and other design professionals, Greg worked on projects that ranged in size from 60,000 square feet to 1.4 million square feet. This work included a broad range of building types, including residential, office, entertainment, retail, and health care.
